Sales Order Processor – London (Office-Based)

Salary: Up to £40,000 per year

Location: London (5 days a week in office)

We are seeking a Sales Order Processor to join a dynamic team in London. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive professional to support the sales and finance operations for our client, a Technology Managed Services Business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a central coordinator for sales orders, ensuring smooth communication between departments.
  • Manage finance contracts and work closely with the finance leasing team.
  • Oversee the organisation and coordination of hardware and equipment deliveries.
  • Handle contract management and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide sales administration and sales support to the wider team.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of all sales orders.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in sales administration or order processing.
  • Excellent organisational and coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with finance contracts and leasing processes is highly desirable.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Office-based in London, 5 days a week.
