Business Development Manager
£35k – £40k plus £5k car allowance and £60k+ OTE
Cardiff base
We are recruiting a Business Development Manager for our client, a global Managed Print and Technology Specialist, who are actively looking to grow their sales team.
This is a hybrid role, and will be based from their offices in Cardiff 2 days per week. This is an opportunity to take on a split of existing clients alongside development of new business.
As Business Development Consultant, day-to-day your responsibilities will include:
– Growing presence within the UK Commercial Sector through research and pipeline building.
– Identifying and nurturing relationships with prospective new clients.
– Delivering face-to-face and web-based sales presentations to clients.
– Managing and nurturing existing client relationships to encourage growth.
To be successful you will need to demonstrate:
– Ideally you will have experience in selling within the Managed Print, IT or Technical space.
– Confident in building and maintaining strong client relationships across all business levels.
– Experience of solutions-based selling to multiple stakeholders.
– Confident, clear and inspiring communication and presentation skills.
You can expect a salary of £35k – £40k depending on your experience with on-target earnings of up to £70k+. There is also a generous benefits package including £5k car allowance, company pension, life assurance, gym membership and excellent work culture.
