We have an opportunity for a Senior Marketing Manager to join an established lifestyle business in Birmingham and become a valuable part of their European Marketing team.
Our client is an exciting and innovative lifestyle brand, who are a market leader in their field. The role will be hybrid, but will require you to be in their office in Birmingham 1 day per week. The Senior Marketing Manager role will be covering the European region, and will require travel, so you must have a valid passport and be willing and able to travel to Europe when required.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness and achieve business objectives
- Manage the overall marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and optimisation of resources
- Lead and supervise a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and creative, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across various platforms, including digital, social media, print, and events
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for optimisation and improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practises, implementing innovative marketing strategies to stay ahead of the competition
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role
- Experience in the FMCG / Retail industry
- Strong knowledge of FMCG/Retail marketing and consumer behaviour
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Experience in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Previous experience in a senior-level marketing position
